CyberMDCare is Hiring: Device Managing Representatives (DMR)

CyberMDCare is a leading digital healthcare platform providing Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) services to Medicare beneficiaries. We are committed to full CMS compliance and patient-centered care. We are currently seeking qualified Device Managing Representatives (DMRs) to join our growing team.

Position Overview
  • Role: Device Managing Representative (DMR)
  • Employment Type: Contract or Part-Time (negotiable)
  • Location: 18000 Studebaker Road, Suite 590, Cerritos, CA 90703 
Key Responsibilities
  • Install RPM devices for Medicare patients and provide usage guidance
  • Support initial setup of digital healthcare services
  • Ensure high patient satisfaction through on-site service and support
  • Strictly prohibited from selling or explaining Medicare insurance plans while performing DMR duties (per CMS regulations)
Qualifications
  • Experience with medical device installation or patient-facing roles preferred
  • Basic understanding of Medicare and RPM services
  • Must complete compliance training prior to contract
  • Licensed insurance agents may apply, but must refrain from any insurance-related activity while serving as DMR
Training & Compliance
  • Mandatory CMS compliance and role separation training upon onboarding
  • All activities must follow internal SOPs and documentation protocols
  • Proof of training and role separation will be maintained for audit readiness
