FAQ
Core Features (3D Pain Mapping / AWV / Telemedicine)
Q.What is 3D Pain Mapping and how does it work?
A.3D Pain Mapping allows the user to
pinpoint pain on their body using a 3D body model on their smartphone. This data is
instantly shared with providers to provide a clearer diagnosis.
Q.Do I need any special device to use 3D Pain Mapping?
A.No. It works directly through the
CyberMDCare App.
Q.What is an Annual Wellness Visit (AWV)?
A.A yearly preventive health assessment
covered by Medicare to detect
risks early.
Q.Can I complete my AWV through CyberMDCare?
A.Yes. You can complete the AWV
questionnaire in the app for your provider
to review.
Q.When should I use Telemedicine?
A.For non‑emergency concerns, follow‑ups,
and reviewing RPM or 3D Pain
Mapping results.
Q.How do I request a telemedicine appointment?
A.You can request a session directly in the
app. If the app detects an abnormal vital reading, an option for a telemedicine
appointment will appear automatically.
Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM)
Q.What remote patient monitoring (RPM) devices can I receive?
A.Eligible patients may receive one free
device—blood pressure monitor,
blood glucose meter, weight scale, or pulse oximeter.
Q.How are my vital signs monitored?
A.Your device data syncs automatically and
is shared with your provider in
real time.
Q.What happens if abnormal vital signs are detected?
A.You and your provider receive immediate
alerts, and a “Request
Telemedicine” button appears.
Security & Privacy
Q.How is my personal information protected?

authentication and
HIPAA‑compliant encryption.
